Neat trick, Brock!
Now I didn't know that, and I wrote it ;o)

Good catch. Will be fixed in the next version.

Regards,
Simon.

Thanks Simon!

Brock

Hi,

I just uploaded updated app versions to lunatics.at that contain this fix (for the AutoInstaller) as well as one for the science app itself (that would sometimes cause non-validating results unnecessarily).

So, have at 'em :)

Caution: Only the apps without graphics have been updated so far! Ones with GFX will come tomorrow.

Regards,
Simon.

Thanks Simon. Correct me if I'm wrong, but is it not only the Core 2 science app that was causing the 0 credit issue? In other words, "No rush to update other versions."
Thanx!

Actually, no, it was not just limited to Core 2 systems.

Still, it only happened in a very small percentage of cases at all, so it wasn't a critical problem. Took me a week to do it because the compile system went down and I was 200 miles away ;)

Regards,
Simon.

Thanks Simon...I seemed to be getting more than my share. Seemed the faster the machine the more it got. Going to upgrade one and start up another tomorrow. 5000 RAC is a drop in the bucket now.

How come your P4's show 2 CPU's? Are you running dualies?

I have two Intel core 2 in my laptops, the others would be Hyperthreading as they are old. The opteron is dual core.
