Welcome to Beethoven's, a quiet peaceful Club where you can relax. It's your Club! So, have a seat, order a drink, chat with friends. We'll do our best to give you the best of service. Know that you'll always have a home away from home here.

There's not much in the way of rules here, we're not about that. What I'd like is for you to be comfortable and to have friends to chat with.

At your service!

Sorry, I decline your kind offer with regret, since I prefer more casual surroundings, which I find far more comfortable.

This is just the beginning. If other members would like a more casual setting, we'll change it.

How do the rest of you feel about this?

Thanks for weighing in on this, DB.

Ummmm.........
If I was going to my Senior Prom it would prolly be nice.
Kinda makes me want to change out of my jeans and t-shirt. ;^p

(As a side I'm not suggestion we go waaaaay in the other direction either. There's a tavern near where I grew up called The Deer Park. Years ago (!) when I haunted that establishment, the floor used to be covered in sawdust. Helped to hide the spilled beer and urine)

I realized the dead-end roads I ended up taking weren't always my fault. Many thanks to all that have helped in this - and you know who you are.

The conscensus seems to be, "Let's have the old comfy bar back".

So, consider it done. Self service here, but the bar's nicely stocked.

Casual it is.

You know it's a real shame when homemade chicken nuggets taste worse then Mickey D's.

At least you don't have to open up a can-o-food for the dawggie ;)

Heh. Someone asked me to put up the old pic of the village with our fire brigade.

Sure. Why not?

Hey, the place is starting to feel like home again.

True dat. And speaking of chicken, I went to a KFC the other day (we used to call it "The Colonel's" or "Kentucky Fried Chicken") and the chicken breast I got was smaller than an egg!

They call it a "keel" now. I guess that's because it sits heavy down in the stomach. Talk about indigestion!

Yikes!

How do I do that? He's killing my bandwidth. Copy his ID# and paste it somewhere?
