ill take the waffels and the pancakes this mornin im you know im fat so i gotta eat. and isnt a canuk one of those canada folk

Yup Thats What Us Vermonters Call them.

The Random House Dictionary notes that: "The term Canuck is first recorded about 1835 as an Americanism, originally referring specifically to a French Canadian. This was probably the original meaning, though in Canada and other countries, Canuck now more often refers to any Canadian." [1]

The use of "Canuck" by Canadians themselves can be, and usually is, nationalistic or patriotic

O! Ok thanks. So it,s like Australians calling themselves Aussies! I thought it may have been some sort of insult or put down or something like that.

Absolutly Not. Canadians are great People Just like US. Our goverments are a tadd off thats for sure. We are very proud of our northern Neighbors.

Canadians are also fellow Commonwealth Countrymen . It,s just that I've never heard that term in Oz.

That's because they're actually owned by the United States but haven't realized it yet...or was that the Japanese?

You are all making me hungry. No good breakfast food here. Everyone eats rice, fish and kimchi for breakfast.

South Korea.

I generally eat toast and peanut butter. Sometimes cereal, but not often cause I don't like the kinds they sell here.

Good on ya Mate.
Over here in Oz we hear all about the US all the time but we don,t hear about Canada much at all. I think this is strange seeing that Oz and Canada have more in common.

We're above the Americans and they make so much bloody noise nobody can hear us up here. hehe.

Hey Kath, a question if you don't mind? Do they eat kimchi and rice, or kimchi on rice? And is it sticky rice?

Man, I could each kimchi every day.

Cordially,
Rush

Good morning, DC, Kathy, Buzz, Rush...and everybody here.

You're right Buzz, we're keeping mum, and growing quietly rich. Our economy is heavilly commodity based, and prices in gold, copper, zinc and aluminum/steel are skyrocketing. Oz should be doing well too for the same reason. Plus, here in Quietland, we're finally getting our oil projects financed. We're going to be the next Saudia Arabia. So, plunk a few dollars down on zinc futures, or set up a bespoke tailor jilabha shop. heeehee
