So you can get a laser that will melt plastic trash bags(black) it will also light your cigs and you can see it in the air,but this person UFO Research is claiming that he/she has seen them at an altitude of 500miles althuogh not deep space there aint much atmosphere up there to be ionised by a high power laser.Mind you I think they are absolutly barking mad.
