boin wanted to do some stuff on the internet but I had no internet connection at the time so I said no. It has been idle ever since for about a week. Also I was told that my classic seti had been merged with boinc but it only show about 150 hours. Where did the rest go? I was in the 90th percentiles

1) Open BOINC manager and have a look into 'commands'. Probably the check is near 'network activity suspended'; set it near one of the other two options.

2) Classic stats have last time been updated in March (which is declared on the page, if you read tghe small prints). The two systems were not permanently connected and updating Classic stats in BOINC always took a whole day with servers down. It will be updated in the next weeks to the last WU.

Was the internet request from BOINC or from a firewall?

If it was from the Windows Firewall you might have to go into the "Control Panel' and select 'Windows Firewall'. Once there permit boinc.exe and boincmgr.exe to access the internet.
