You can't delete it - the function just isn't provided.

So - if you really are in trouble because of that account - your hope could be to send a mail to: setidba at ssl.berkeley.edu describing your case. Be prepared that they could want a file from the Seti@home folder from you (e.g. user_info.sah), so don't delete it!
