i need the possibility to transfer WUs to a remote administrated machine (select computer...) that has no internet connection. this should be possible to do via LAN / the administrating machine (that is directly connected)

Without an internet connection, the only way you can give that computer units is by the laborious way of copying them from the computer you downloaded them with, send them over to the PC you want to crunch them on, let it crunch them all, then return them to the PC which downloaded them at the first time and have it upload the results.

All work units through Boinc are registered to the PC that downloaded them. It's a safety measurement in Boinc. If that same PC uploads them twice, the second batch will be ignored.
