There's no stats etc, so anything you send there looks like it would find a black hole rather than ET. You can sign up and it seems awfully short sighted that you won't assist them with a beta, yet you complain about the current project. Here's you chance to help get a project out the door with less issue and you won't do it because the credits received at not visible... Have you noticed this site's url has been change? It's now "setiathome.berkeley.edu". So remove old cookie at setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu for SETI@home and you have only beta's cookie at setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu!! It works for me and I like the beta site :) I'd like to add it to my stats. I can receive my stats using http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/beta/userw.php?id=123 so I hope stats site can support it. But I don't have any WUs! I'll crunch them! EDIT: yes, I have WUs!! okay. I will crunch :) I've put app_info.xml and my custom cruncher, so I lost all WUs, but I hope they will download WUs on both of my computers :) Linux is not supported, but I hope my cruncher will work... The WUs look like normal SETI WUs, so any cruncher will work with app_info.xml for version incompatibility. The data on wich the calculation are done is the same, but not the calculations, so you cannot use any cruncher. Well you can, but the results will not validate. ID: 124007 ·
