I need to shut down Boinc when doing an auto backup of my system. Is there a switch that can be added to the boincmgr.exe to suspend and then resume. (boincmgr.exe/suspend)?

Hoi NavyBuff,

I am using the backup program wich is in WXPpro and also in WXPHome only then you have to install it first, and when I make a backup from al drives, I am using Ghost, in both cases boinc can stay active with no problems at all, I on't know what backup program you use, maybe the WXP backup is an option for you.

Thanks Browny, good into. I am using Handy Backup (http://www.handybackup.com/) that I have been using for years and have it completely set up to do many fuctions and schedules. Thanks for the comments..
