It's a 3-D version of the seti@home classic graphic... that spins and is difficult to read. I don't like it. Is there any way to stop it from spinning?

To fix this, go to SAH preferences, click edit preferences. At graphics preferences, select custom and hit update at bottom of screen. This will open a graphics customization menu. You can select degrees of rotation (0*?), as well as other things, then click update again. I haven't personally tried to do this, but read it elswhere.

I tried what you said. There are a lot of values that can be played with to fine tune what the seti graphic does. However, I also noticed that instead of "custom" there is a "minimalistic" setting. It's rather nice. The words don't move, so they are easier to read. This fixes my problem.

Can any of you tell me where the 'SAH preferences' ARE? I looked thru the whole BOINC manager, but I can't seem to find any button or link for it...

It's probably sth stupid I'm asking, but I cannot seem to find it myself...

Heres another thing.
I never really liked using the screen saver but when i clicked the Seti sattalite at the bottom, which ran all the time i got the graphics.
On BOINC, which I am very new to. Is there a possibility to get the raphics in a window and not the screensaver. I know this might have already been answered but i do not have a clue what to do

Yes there is. Make a choice of a WU running S@H in the tab "Work" after opening the Boinc Manager (supposing you are using it). Use the "Show graphics" and you should have it.

You can completely customize the graphics and screensaver as well. Explanation about that can be find here.
