It's raining! It never rains in September here. This area received 0.01" of rain and has a 24% chance of more rain, here that could be a flood. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

There's quite a bit of dew on the ground here, but no rain on this sunny Sunday morning in the highlands. Well the jug just turned off so I'm ready for a coffee. Cheers. |

After a beautiful bright calm mild Autumn evening comes a quietly becalmed clear mild nighttime. Naught but a few furry bats silently fluttering by! Enjoy! See new freedom: Mageia Linux Take a look for yourself: Linux Format The Future is what We all make IT (GPLv3) |

Some pesky clouds slowed me up this this morning, but by midday it was full steam ahead with the welding, so I missed getting the middle dividing wall done. Anyhow now that I've packed up for another day it's time for a couple of beers before washing the metal dust off of me. Cheers. |

Winning on a breezy Tuesday morning before the wind really picks up. We're suppose to get to 21C here today, but the windchill factor will decide if I dig out a bit more dirt and turf and that wind is gusting up already. Anyhow I might as well enjoy a coffee while waiting to see how things turn out. Cheers. |

We reached 22C (felt like 16C) here today, but I did get my composting area dug out and ready for formwork which I may get a start on tomorrow after welding together the steel for the last dividing wall frame. I also scored another old steel single bed frame which I will use part of to make that last frame while much it better and easier make as I was down to using 3 ugly unmatching pieces of steel with 2 new pieces to do it with. I breathed a big sigh of relief there as that will mean less and simpler welds to deal with. After that I went and had a few beers at the pub (I forgot to restock the beer fridge yesterday) and brought a pizza home of which I had half before having a short spinal reset. The rest is in the fridge waiting for tomorrow. Anyhow my mission now is to try and stay awake for about another 2hrs, though the old body is feeling otherwise. Cheers. |
