Hope you have your storm anchor deployed, and the bilge pump primed?

Here soon to be lost in some errant wiring... Diagrams not supplied...

More caffeine needed...

Well secured to a jetty. It would be "pretty exciting" if the jetty decided to take flight with my boat attached (along with the boat on the other side).

Winning on an unusually warm Thorsday morning on which the big fellow may put on a performance later on today.

Anyhow it's time to get that jug boiling.

Cheers.

Hope the boats don't become airplanes and break their tie downs, nor stay as boats and bash themselves to matchsticks.

Well I got what I couldn't get the other day in town while picking up and dropping off the mower that I took in for servicing for an old girl around the corner and back home by 10am for my last coffee break of the morning. :-(

Anyhow after doing a bit of cleaning up I'm ready for a feed as the sky looks very threatening as heavy rain sits just to the north of here.

Cheers.

I didn't get my computer area done due mates turning up, but it'll be good if they do tomorrow as I'm going to be concreting that border around my composting bays done tomorrow and many hands do make light work they say.

Anyhow it's time to call it a night again.

Cheers.

A nice cool 57f this morning but expected to hit mid 80's. Still getting a little smoke from the wildfires, but not bad.

Winning a bit earlier on a Good Friday than anticipated with over an hour still to go until sunrise.

Anyhow I better stick the jug on.

Cheers.

It was a big morning here and after 12 x 20kg bags of premixed concrete (I had to duck next door for 2 more bags) was mixed up I finally got my composting bays finished off and then just spent the afternoon enjoying a couple of beers between sessions of dampening the concrete down.

We got to 23C (felt like 20C) here before some unexpected clouds turned up to stop it getting any hotter (24C was expected), but it felt much hotter out in the sun mixing and shoveling concrete. 1 of my little mates floated it off for me so I'll give him a hand tomorrow rising the height of his side and back boundary fences (it shouldn't take long to do about 100m) before it's time for a good old Saturday LLB at the pub (seeing as I missed my usual Good Friday LLB at the pub today).

Anyhow it seems to be a week for crap on free to air TV so it looks like I'll be doing some more streaming tonight.

Cheers.

Friday is finally here. A cooler day with a high in the mid-70s. We might even see some rain this weekend.
I expect a wet winter. El Nino is strong this year.

Well... This has been a rushed but very interesting week...

And for the moment: Where'd the sun go? We have balmy warm clear sky yet we're already too soon on the wrong side of twilight!!

Well a Saturday LLB was had earlier than normal today (it won't be tomorrow as summertime kicks in here) as we breezed through that fence height extension this morning as the mercury here reached 25C (felt like 23C) before these clouds turned up to keep it from going any further.

Anyhow I reckon that it's time for a feed and pill before getting a short spinal reset in.

Cheers.

Sort of sitting around waiting for a delivery "sometime today".....
Hopefully not too long to wait as I've got to do some shopping (replenish coffee supply at the very least)
