The moonrise last night driving into Williams AZ was amazing. This is an iPhone photo taken from inside my car at about 80. I have never been in such heavy rainfall. I have no idea how to measure what I experienced. In moments it went from dry to about 1.5-2 inches of standing water and was falling so fast that my visibility dropped to about 50 feet at best. There were several people swept right off the road and many had to be rescued in the area. All I can show is the weather radar centered on my location. ID: 2106782 ·
