Oh what a beautiful Autumn evenin'...

People giggling outside in the gentle light and air,

Any poets thus creatively inspired?...

Winning now that I'm back home from a morning at the quacks and vampires.

Now for a feed.

Cheers.

Works over. Now to feed myself at ihop. Decided on a sampler breakfast and a bottomless unsweet lemonade ice tea.

Off to the Grand Canyon today. The moonrise last night driving into Williams AZ was amazing. This is an iPhone photo taken from inside my car at about 80. By the time I was able to safely pull over to take a good photo with my Nikon the clouds got in the way.

But enjoy the Moon and Venus.

Juggling multiple bits for the week...

And despite a good clear view, how come the gps has gone off on a drunken wander round abouts for +/- 5 metres!?...

Winning on a frosty Tuesday morning in the highlands.

It's kicked off here at -0C (feels like -2C) though 17C is expected today.

Time now for a coffee.

Cheers.

New Frigidaire 15.1K ac installed, after a week of high temps and no ac, it took 2 guys to install it in my wall, asap replace the half dead LG 10K with a new slide in unit.

Well we did reach 17C (felt like 13C) here today, but it's starting to slip back as we enter the last 2hrs of daylight for the day.

Cheers.

I spent most of yesterday in the Grand Canyon then drove east. I have never been in such heavy rainfall. I have no idea how to measure what I experienced. In moments it went from dry to about 1.5-2 inches of standing water and was falling so fast that my visibility dropped to about 50 feet at best. There were several people swept right off the road and many had to be rescued in the area. All I can show is the weather radar centered on my location.

Now that's real rain - stay safe and keep dry (if possible).

And here we have another beautiful mild autumn evening...

For these temperatures... Well... Some flowers around here are so confused that they are flowering again/already!

I'm not sure if I'm winning, but I've got most of my jungle trimmed down a bit and after I enjoy a beer or 2 I'll do a splash'n'dash to get my section of laneway done.

Hopefully tomorrow's big rain event won't be so big so that I can run the mower over it again on Sunday at yet a lower cut height.

Cheers.
