By 'eck! What a frosty start that was!! Enough to freeze an entire monkey...! Beautifully warm and sunny now for a bright contrast. With the added summertime sound of a bumbling bumble bee... Enjoy! Win as in oncemore into Winter?! OK... So we should be getting "Little April Showers"... Instead, the road gritters look to have been out ready for the next overnight freeze. Hope the new little lambs are keeping warm! See new freedom: Mageia Linux Take a look for yourself: Linux Format The Future is what We all make IT (GPLv3) |

After an hour swinging my brushcutter around the front yard along with half of the back the temp here is up to a muggy 21C and the brushcutter has talked me into having a cool down break after the heavy going so I'll enjoy a couple of beers while doing that. ;-) Cheers. |

Now that the sun is up on this Hump Day, it doesn't look much better than it did while it was down. :-( At least I got my jungle turned back into a lawn yesterday, even if a bit of frequent height adjustment and the redoing of sections over again was going on, and the end result was worth all the effort that I've put into it over the last several days. Now I wonder if we'll get enough rain today to put some water back into my drainage trench so that I can continue planing that out. It's much easier using water as a guide than having to get down to use a spirit level every so often. ;-) I could also put another beer brew down, but I've saving that for an up coming cold spell due here on Friday. Anyhow, it must be time for another coffee. Cheers. |

And so we ascended into rain and nearly touched the clouds. Ok, so in a very un-Biblical way, the clouds were very low flying. Just annoyingly adding to a damp chilliness. All soon made up with a fine bottle of wine and a flaming fire to end the day. Ready for... Many miles for the coming day. And a good test of gentle handling to carefully avoid refuelling. At least some of the junk has been left behind to help that.. Really must add a logger to check up on the performance curve... All good fun even if for a very long day!
