Wild winds blow in from all directions... What a weird mix of wind chilling then feeling too warm during a lull!... All the sensible people are staying inside to give an apocalyptic quiet amidst the whoosh of the wind... The clouds are rather raggedy. We have haze. Off to Tahoe today. No new snow but there I understand there is still plenty. |

Yeah, it's almost time for a LLB here, but it's more a ginger beer type day here ATM unless we get a lot more sunshine, less wind, and a jump in temp of a few degrees. Even my solar heating system has been struggling over the last few days. :-( Cheers. |

I must remember to check the tyres on my box trailer before trying to move it, but anyway the yard is now ready for another short back, front and sides tomorrow as it has an appointment with the Ryobi. I even ripped out an old stump out of the ground in my tiny front yard which will make it so much easier to mow in that spot now, but I will have to drag an air line out to put air back in that flat tyre as the stump made it even flatter (just getting the stump into the trailer was enough for my back for the day after pulling the trailer out of its spot with a flat). Anyhow I'm just enjoying some apple juice (with a dash of vodka) as I watch the sunset and wonder what part of my BBQ chook that I have tonight and how I'll have it. Cheers. |
