True - the trust has run out of money to do the development they wanted to do, so now they want someone to come along with a mountain of money to do the work for them so they can carry on with their ego-driven scheme.
Anyone who has ever been to the Shetlands will tell you that they are not the most hospitable place to live, or set up a retreat centre (which from the scant information on-line looks more like a rather down market, but flashy, hotel than a place to host "retreats").

If I was in the financial position to spend 12 million on doing up a place like that I would want control over its future use, and not trust a group who have already blown a shed load of money on some very basic repairs with its continued use and development within the community.

Videos taken by bystanders showed the 3km bridge crashing into India’s River Ganges on Sunday, sending a plume of debris and dust into the sky and waves rippling across the holy river.

Crowds of people could be seen shouting as the bridge tumbled down. It’s not clear whether anyone was injured.

The Sultanganj Bridge in the east Indian state of Bihar has collapsed twice since its construction began in 2017 — the first time in April last year before Sunday’s catastrophic failure.

It’s not clear why the bridge collapsed last year or if those problems had been rectified.

On Monday, Bihar’s chief minister Nitish Kumar said he had ordered an inquiry into the incident.

The Canadian design and engineering firm behind the bridge, McElhanney, said on Monday it was aware of the “partial collapse” of the bridge and was “deeply concerned” about the safety and wellbeing of those affected....

Multiple members of the King’s Guard collapsed in front of Prince William in sweltering conditions, yet the show kept going around them.

Dramatic scenes unfolded at the King’s Birthday parade rehearsals in London on Saturday, with at least three guards collapsing due to the city’s intense heat.

Videos of the walk-through show unwell members of the King’s Guard being stretchered or walked off the grounds after fainting during the military parade practice, also known as the Colonel’s Review.

More than 1400 soldiers of the Household Division and the King’s Troop Royal Horse Artillery were present at the event for Prince William to review them ahead of King Charles’ celebrations next week.

LA couple found 1 million copper pennies in the crawlspace of an old family home. Now comes the hard part: Figuring out what to do with them.

They were cleaning out his father-in-law's home in Pico-Union, Los Angeles, last year when they chanced upon crates, boxes, and old bank bags full of pennies in a tight corner of a basement crawl space, KTLA first reported. Based on the weight of the discoveries, they estimated that they'd found at least one million coins, or around $10,000 in cold hard copper.

... But then came the next problem: Finding someone to take the pennies, which are all copper, not zinc. Several banks — including a Wells Fargo branch — turned them down, and Reyes and his wife didn't want to pay the 8% Coinstar fee.

For now, they've listed the coin collection on OfferUp for $25,000, which is more than twice their value, per KTLA. They're still waiting for someone to express interest in buying the entire collection.

Since they are 100% copper, they might be worth more by their weight than their face value.
