And again just now- when i tried to come to Seti web site home page i thought i was going to get a 404 error, but after about 10 seconds the site eventually came up.

Wierdly, the forums are being very responsive.

This time around the main page actually timed out, before it eventually came up about 20 seconds after the timeout error message.
It's not healthy at all.

For a bit earlier the data traffic was faster then the jam happened again. Is the project using a cellphone network to move data? More users the slower the data transfer.

My brother is a paramedic. He has been on calls where the driver was not lucky. I won't share the photo.

Well that was interesting.
For 10-15min the forums & web site pretty much had both feet in the grave & were ready to just lie down & die. Extremely slow response times to any sort of action (load page, load thread, open box to post, preview or make that post).
Then it did die- web site timed out & stayed that way for couple of minutes.

And now it's back & like a hyperactive teenager.

Edit- typed that too soon, now it's gone back to just one foot in the grave- slow to respond, but not excruciating so like it was earlier.

Edit- and now it's fast again.

Edit- and back to being a one legged dog- barely moving. Both feet inthe grave and ready to lie down.

My dad spent time as a Medic PFC for 4 years during WW2 w/the US Army's 3rd Infantry
Division in North Africa, Italy, Southern France, Hürtgen Forest, Germany,
I'm sure he saw his share of those he saved, those who he could only make comfortable,
and those beyond any care, Allied or POW, he was recommend for 2 commendations cause
of his paperwork. I have his War Department ID which includes his skinny picture.

Interesting Victor.

I’ve been thinking that the site server is suffering old age dementia. It’s great one minute then goes wonky the rest of the day.

A RAID array going bad or pushing storage limits?

It's certainly gets choked up more and more often now.

Cheers.
