Now I know what T and H and even V mean, the speedometer might go 120mph, but the car can't exceed 105 even with a tail wind.

It was the 65 that bothers Me, since 60 is stock, 65 is a bit taller than 60 it will also throw the speedo off by +2mph at an indicated 65mph.

Tire size calculator

I know the tire will fit the rim, but the wheel well? Tire height 185/60=23.74'' 185/65=24.46'' or 0.72" taller.

Winning with over rated tires.
Speed ratings are the result of tire construction and materials. Tires with a higher rating are built to higher quality standards than lower rated tires. Thus they also cost more. All tires are built to take more than rated. Otherwise the manufacturers would be exposing the company to liability law suits. Also speedometers are not a measure of a car's max speed. My Ferrari was capable of nearly 180 mph but the speedometer cut off at 85.
I always balance speed rating with other factors, such a optimal speed, rain and snow performance, noise, comfort. Load never seems to be an issue. But I always get the highest speed rating that fits the other factors. You never know when you will be driving down hill with the jet stream on your tail for over an hour.
Winning before a bike ride on Z rated tires.

What tyre size do have just now - on the tyres on the road, ignoring the spare?
That will tell you what size tyre need to buy.

The car being the sport edition accelerates fairly hard if I allow it, I don't since a battery light comes on briefly if I do and may be cause I need to replace 2 motor mounts still, in addition to replacing the oily steering wheel, cracked windshield and get the a/c flushed and refilled. My 1st priority after the tire is the cracked windshield, a pebble hit the windshield a few months back, then the $300 for the motor mounts for the install, the other mount would probably cost nothing beyond the part as I have 1 of the 2 mounts already, then the a/c, and then the steering wheel since I need to find a place that has a steering wheel puller plus it has an airbag. I also need to replace or fix something to get the overhead light working again, the led lamp and fuse seem to be ok since the led lamp came on 2 times before going dark, so it could be a wire break somewhere if a wire is broke, though in a 20yr old car a fuse would be the easiest fix if that was the needed repair. And Tach has a short in the wiring My mechanic said which is the why the tach either works or doesn't work.

Morning all. Watching a bass fishing show. They are doing catch and release. Just measured one at just under 18 inches.

Edit: just released a 5 or 6 pounder.
