We had the central heat/air unit and compressor replaced. And it makes a huge difference in the double wide. The old system was 22 years old and showing its age. The electric bill is smaller now. The furnace is still untested for now until it gets winter cold outside. Here it's most likely the electronics, as the gas furnace's blower did turn itself on once this summer, so far the PC does the duties of making Heat here, when I got up the temp outside was 68F. Grace laying happily on a tray table near the PC where it's warmest, before She was meowing at Me, I think She was cold.
