More will come out when the rescuers have refilled the O2 tanks the divers use.

As of moments ago 4 boys are out.
GDPR won't let us read LA Times.
However it's now confirmed that 4 boys are saved.
There are now eight boys in the cave together with their football coach.
On Sunday evening local time the teams are preparing for the next dive that is expected on Monday morning local time.
It is estimated that the rescue effort will take around three to four days.

"Elon Musk builds 'submarine' to save remaining Thai boys from cave."
Don't think he will get it done before the remaining boys are out. But heavy rain started falling as soon as the four were removed from the cave.

Today, another four boys were rescued from the cave.
Four boys and the team coach are left in the cave when the rescue action was interrupted for the day.

Today's "Astronomy Picture of the Day", points out how close Mars is right now. I actually have remarked to myself the last couple of nights that the big bright star I see at night lately must be Mars because it has a faint reddish glow to it.

I need to escape from London. It's pictures like those, Gordon, that remind me just how much I lost by settling in a city.

Thai rescue: I think the 11th lad is out and the last boy and his coach might be free soon. We can be pretty amazing creatures when it comes to helping others in difficulty sometimes.

Happy belated birthday wishes, Richard :)

@Vic: I passed a very beautiful Grace looky-likey on my way to an appointment this morning :) nice to see you posting again.

Family Honors Deceased 18-Year-Old Son At Wake In Bizarre Fashion
Photo in article
An 18-year-old New Orleans man was honored by his family in unusual fashion after he was killed two weeks ago.

For Renar Matthews' wake, the family dressed their deceased son in a Boston Celtics jersey, placed a video game controller in his hand, and surrounded him with snacks, such as zebra cakes, Doritos, and root beer.

Matthews was placed upright in a recliner chair at Charbonnet Labat Glapion Funeral Home in Treme on Sunday, per the family's request. The Celtics were on the TV screen playing in front of him.

Heatwave shmeatwave: Brit IT departments cool their racks – "explicit pics (open cases, etc)"
As the UK melts, cash-strapped techies reach for the fans

Never let it be said that techies aren't agile or innovative – and perhaps a little slapdash – when solving problems on a tight budget.

Only this week, El Reg was given early sight of a pre-patented swanky new cooling system.

IT departments at businesses that asked to remain anonymous, for obvious reasons, have devised a novel way to counter the heatwave gripping Britain and prevent their cabinets from melting at minimal cost.
