Since the Win has been bumped off, it's pointless now.

After 2 trash bags, 1 worthless desktop case, and 3 empty boxes, I'm beat, on the 19th a seller supposedly from Australia is not going to get away with getting $15.98 from Me, without sending Me what I purchased that is...

ebay promptly refunded My account, I then bought 2 surge protectors from 2 different sellers, and I still have $3.13 left, so I didn't have a really bad day at least.

What happens if that thing you bought shows up in tomorrow's mail?

The local US Post Master said it's unlikely to get here, as did ebay tonight, item never marked as shipped by the seller, seller had no sales after mine, seller was selling a device for the US, yet the seller was supposedly in Australia, ebay time of cancellation is on October 19th 2017, which is what it is there now. Amount fully refunded, I'd tried to contact the seller before this, but with no success, so this is a finished matter to Me.

Ok, but if it shows up, do let us know!

I have lots of faith in people, so it is hard for me to think you were scammed. It takes a long time for things to get to the US from Australia.

I've been scammed, mostly from the US, the seller could have conceivably spoofed His entire address for all I know, I just know it's now over, and it's ebays problem now.

If what I predicted for November comes about, I will be getting a screwdriver tool, a spare Westlake 195/50x15 tire, My TV repaired, and 2 Battlestar Galactica season 4.0 and season 4.5 DVD's, the mounting and balancing of the 2 tires, I already have 1 Sentury 185/60x15 tire, it's in My trunk for the moment, plus 150 black 12" zip ties, and 6 moth traps.

I am getting or hope to get 2 Cat6 1-blue & 1-orange 6.6' ethernet cables, and 2 surge protectors, Belkin and a 6 outlet version of the Belkin, I have several Belkins now, none have usb charging ports.

A Belkin unit like mine.

Don't worry we all do from time to time. It's generally not fatal.

Ok here is another bit of info, since this seller was supposed to be down in Australia, why did the seller sell in US Currency?
Instead of AUD, which is what others in foreign countries do?

I got scammed, the seller was only selling a picture, since nothing ever shipped, the replacement sellers both have sent tracking info and have stated the products have shipped.

You need to be careful on ebay. There is scamming. I have lost money a few times. The most I lost was on a generator for a water well. I paid and seller shipped. UPS took forever. I watched the tracking number he gave me and it left Florida and made it all the way to Goleta, CA. There is was marked as damaged and returned to sender, all the way back to Florida. He filed a claim and told me he would refund my money once the claim was paid. He never did. So he ended up getting my money and the UPS insurance money and I got nothing. Ebay was no help since they said that the UPS insurance covered it. I was unable to get Ebay to understand that UPS insurance paid the seller/shipper, not me.

Well this isn't the first time someone sold Me what amounts to a picture, but then this doesn't happen to Me very often. eBay did take care of this, so I'm not worried. But you do make a good point, but couldn't you have said that the item didn't match the description? I would have, and by all means submit a picture of your own, they will look at both.

It was never delivered. I did not see it. It got to within 30 miles of me, but UPS sent it back to the sender. Plus this was several years ago, when Ebay did not back up the sellers.
