They must be turned on: Send Lost Tasks. I had one computer which last week during a power failure suddenly had 600 task in progress. I was watching figuring it was now loaded with ghosts. Tonight after that computers first contact with the server after the PM is received lost tasks and my In progress is down to 400 something..
