This is my hunting pal, Pointer. That cat can sniff out a hiding zucchini at 100 yards! "Freedom is just Chaos, with better lighting." Alan Dean Foster |

That's over 48 hours so a judgement is forthcoming..... 3rd Betreger with "I'm only 3 short of the daily limit." They were so good I had to give co-2nd to: Grant Nelson with "They were just everywhere I couldn't stop shooting." and Kittyman with " This is my hunting pal, Pointer. That cat can sniff out a hiding zucchini at 100 yards!" and extra point for identifying the Seal Point retrieve.....r LOL! But the icing on the Zuke was Angela's "Wow! A 17 point zuck." This was sent to me as a link to the Vermont Game and Fish Website(joke) as opening day of Zucchini season. Congrats Angela.........PM sent! "Sour Grapes make a bitter Whine." <(0)> |

Thank you for the win. I owe it all to my biannual visits to northern Wisconsin where, sadly, "snuff 'em 'n stuff 'em" does not refer to zucchini. Well... I do so love a theme. My friends, please caption this: |

Time to declare a winner. Thank you, everyone, for so many funny entries. It was hard to select winners. In third place, and clearly anticipating Christmas, we have Carlos with: "Grandma was run over by a zucchini" Second place goes to our resident realist, betreger, with: "One of the better things to do with a zucchini." First place goes to Grant Nelson for his wonderful pun: "This is what you call a misnomer." PM going out to our winner now. |
