I think the complexity of our world is too much to have happened by chance.
And the more that science delves into it, the deeper science reveals it, the more amazing it becomes.
Just the incredible number, intricate, and interwoven chemical reactions that allow the human body to survive and support rational thought are not all fully understood by science yet.
And that, again, is why I have absolutely no difficulty reconciling my interest in scientific advances with my beliefs regarding the origin of our very special place in the microscopic piece of the universe that we are presently aware of.

My Belief in God will either be proven on not on my death. That belief gives comfort to many people and hope of a continued intellectual existence. There is nothing wrong with that belief as long as it's not forced on others against their will.

If I'm wrong in my belief, and the naysayers are correct it will make no difference when I pass and I have lost nothing. But if I'm right I have gained the Kingdom of Heaven and the naysayers have lost everything. I don't denigrate those who don't accept God and I respect their right to their non-belief.

Personally I think that Clyde just reads a post, then looks in the mirror so that he can throw off all his bad points onto someone else to see if that someone else can figure out his own problems with the world for him. Though it doesn't take rocket science to work it out.

Even if you can believe half of what he tells us then he's 1 of the reasons that the world now has the problems that it does with people like him and his attitude. ;-)

President Trump knew that appointing Anthony Scaramucci as communications director would humiliate Reince, who fought hard against it.
Scaramucci was smuggled into the meeting with the President on Thursday so Reince wouldn't know about it. Trump had already taken pains to hide the discussions from his Chief of Staff, knowing Reince would try to foil the move.

Trump also knew that inserting a line in the press release saying Scaramucci would report directly to the President — doing an end-run around Reince — was perhaps an unendurable public humiliation.

What will Priebus response be if he resigns? Will he 'spill the beans'?

Past experience shows us that when "the Silly One" tires of not getting the conversation here to go this way, he stops accepting new S@H tasks. One must therefore wonder, did he ever wish to participate in the search for a signal? (Alternatively, to stack up a number of non-results, perhaps indicating absence?) Or, did he see that we had a political forum here and attach for only that reason?
