This means to me: Wait for AMD to create the AMDGPU-pro driver for Ubuntu17.04. :/
Maybe they are ready next winter.

Finally i had success.

I took the RX460 from the Ryzen-PC to the old PhenomII X4-PC. There is Ubuntu16.04 LTS installed.
The installation of the amdgpu-pro was easy and successful, the GPU is crunching now.
So i will use the GTX750ti in the Ryzen-PC, hoping that Nvidia-drivers are not so picky with version of the Operation system.
