I have forgotten who, but someone wanted runtimes with AR. So I have been manually going through my tasks list and getting the AR from stderr and putting them into a spreadsheet.

Runtimes in general should be in line with deadlines.
For some background on this you could read Josef W. Segur - Estimates and Deadlines revisited it was written in Dec 2009, just after the application was made a lot more sensitive and therefore the AR had a much greater influence on the runtime.
As far as I know even with app updates and optimisations the info in Joe's post in general still applies.
