Thinking of buying a new "used" bike. What do you think of this one Julie. |

Carlos that's a nice looking bike, go for if it fits. Just remember it's not the machine it's the motor that matters. |

Carlos that's a nice looking bike, go for if it fits. Just remember it's not the machine it's the motor that matters. I found that it's a balance of both. My last road bike was a Specialized Roubaix. I could do 50 miles with no problems on that bike. Right now I am on my back up a Specialized Stumpjumper. No way I can do 50 miles. It's just not long legged. So yes it's the motor, but the machine and motor have to work as one. I saw the Ridley for sale locally and posted it because it's Belgian. I thought Julie would enjoy it. |

@Carlos My dad would have a problem with the handlebars. His hands would be to close together. He is used to a straight wide handlebar. Now I would be fine with them. The last bike I found and purchased was a Giant Iguana. I saw it at a parking lot and asked the lot manager about it. He said that it was left past the required "get it or lose it" time. Handed him a $20 took it home. |
