After finished work computer shutsdown and Boinc stops responding

I went to sleep. When i woke up my computer was turned off (i guess processing was complete). I started my comp again. And since then i cant start Boinc program. I even tried to reinstall it and it simply wont start (i dont even get any error message). How can i fix this problem, and what happended to my work unit which was complete? Pls answer. ID: 63006 ·

When i start it tray icon appears for a sec and simply dissapears , like i didnt pressed it. I was wondering is there any incompatibillity with Windows XP, or some patch or add-on that can help me start it again, or fix it. ID: 63062 ·

Do you have a firewall on your PC? If you have, the firewall need to give access to Boinc in order to run. ID: 63078 ·
