Only three countries in the world currently have a constitutional right to own a gun: the US, Mexico, and Guatemala. Six other countries used to have a constitutional right to bear arms, but they've since repealed those laws. The US is the only country with a right to keep and bear arms with no constitutional restrictions.
Why the US?

Yep, Baltimore https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-44402948
Then there is Flint, Detroit, Chicago and DC.
What do they have in common? Poverty.

Why NOT the US?
Why should we be just another one of the sheep?
Lambs led to slaughter are not endowed with a 'right to bear arms'.

We do not 'follow the world'...............'the world' follows U.S.

An argument at a toddler’s birthday party in South Texas escalated into a shooting that left four men dead and a fifth man wounded, authorities said Sunday.

The shooting happened at a child’s first birthday party Saturday afternoon in Taft, 12 miles (19 kilometers) north of Corpus Christi, the Texas Department of Public Safety said. Sgt. Nathan Brandley said those involved were distant relatives. Authorities did not say what the men were arguing about.

A 20-year-old man was in custody Sunday, Brandley said. The man’s 37-year-old father was also a suspect, but he had not yet been arrested, Brandley said.

He identified those killed as 62-year-old Juan Espinoza Sr.; 20-year-old Juan Sandoval III; 22-year-old Jeremy Sandoval; and 25-year-old Nicky Sandoval. He said the three younger men are grandsons to Juan Espinoza Sr.

The wounded man, 43-year-old Juan Espinoza Jr., was airlifted to a Corpus Christi hospital. Brandley said he’s expected to survive.

Crimea Attack Teen ‘Dreamed’ of Giving Russia Its Own Columbine Massacre
Russian state-controlled media reports say 18-year-old student Vladislav Roslyakov, who is alleged to have had a strong interest in serial killers and a professed dream to become famous as the gunman of a Russian version of Columbine, killed at least 19 and wounded 47 people with a rifle at the campus.

In the images captured by school security cameras, a slim Roslyakov is shown wearing a white T-shirt and dark pants—a likeness that resembles the chilling form of Columbine gunman Eric Harris that later emerged in surveillance photos from the day of that massacre.

The April 1999 Colorado school shooting ended with 15 students killed by two student gunmen.

The reports also said Roslyakov had an official permit to use the weapon, which he obtained earlier this month. To get a gun permit, Russian citizens are obliged to get examined by a psychiatrist.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Six people have been wounded, three critically, in a possible gang-related shooting blocks from the Florida stadium where the NFL’s Houston Texans played and defeated the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday afternoon, authorities said.

Ron Lendvay, director of investigations for the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, said several shots were fired about 12:35 p.m. Sunday on a boulevard outside in the general area of the stadium and that five men and one woman were struck by bullets and wounded. He said all were rushed to hospitals and that they ranged in age from their 20s to the 70s.

Change of mind?

MOST Politicians switch their positions 'du jour' based on what will keep their phony baloney jobs......because most have had their spines removed by threats, graft, and all the other usual suspects.

And come on.......Vermont? For every gun given up there, 3 more will be acquired elsewhere in the US.

But that is the beauty of the American system, each State has the power to control what is legally allowed within their borders. The People of Vermont have the right to decide what is best for Vermont, and if, in a few years or months or weeks, they decide their 2nd Amendment rights were abrogated, they can change that law.

Multiple people have been shot at a Kroger store in Jeffersontown, Kentucky, according to local media reports.
One person is in custody following the incident, according to the Jeffersontown police dispatcher. She declined Wednesday to provide other information, adding that officers remain on scene.
"We are shocked and saddened by the shooting incident that occurred around 2:30 p.m. today," Kroger said in a statement. "Thanks to the quick response of the local police department, the suspect was apprehended and our store is now secure."
Jeffersontown is about 13 miles southeast of Louisville.

Yes. Due to the rules at the left it can't be posted what the gunman said or posted, but this is another MAGA crime. Unfortunately I think the USA is in for a long spate of hate crimes, unseen since the klan.
