I'm shocked! Are you saying that this project run by YANKS are that enamoured with guns that the moment that E.T. arrives you will put a gun to his head & demand they hand over all their knowledge & technology? You love yourselves that much?

Seen & have both. :-)

The original has a superb scene where the Alien has a gift for us but ends up SHOT because a nervous Yank was in fear of his life. :-)

There's a BIG difference between a bomb & firearms.

Not so much. Both have an explosive and shrapnel. Difference it there is only one piece of shrapnel in the case of a firearm.
You're kidding, right?

Well, Las Vegas or Boston Marathon? Of course if bomb includes nuclear ...

Your MOAB is not nuclear & much deadlier than a firearm.

What have terrorist attacks to do with gun laws?
What does YOUR personal opinion have to do with AMERICAN gun laws?
Since the Genius from Karlstad have opinions about Sweden, even used in his election campaign, I have the right to object!

phalanx and what were you saying?
If you are talking about some percentage points, then they are effectively the same.
Of course take an M-114 and put a W-48 in it and ...
They are killing machines.

Ah but those are not mainstream weapons in the hands of the populace. Yes I know, neither is the MOAB. The point is a bomb is more destructive than an individual piece of explosive & shrapnel. You don't get such a powerful shockwave from a firearm.

Only the amount of explosive in the shell or the bomb is the factor.

True but the point remains. 1 bullet= 1 dead, 1 detonation (in that case)= 47 dead.

Americans have to be 21 before they can legally buy alcohol. But in most states, they can buy an AR-15 military-style rifle starting at age 18.

Here's how easy it is to legally buy a semiautomatic gun

And why the distinction between open carry and concealed carry?

Makes no sense to me.

That maybe but you stating "incorrect beliefs" is in fact incorrect itself. In today's societies then you are correct, but unlike you I base my opinions on experience. Those days ammunition was not under powered like it is today where you have to pump several rounds into a person as witnessed by colleagues in your former profession.

If I point a loaded gun at your head & pull the trigger, are you saying that will not lead to your death?
I know what ammunition can do. 1 bullet- 1 dead was just to state the difference between what Gary posted regarding bombs. Your failure to realise that...

As stated to another poster on this board some time ago, ARE you the only one in America or the World to have served in the Armed Forces & Police Forces of your country?

One thing I do know my dear boy just how effective & at times how ineffective ammunition can be & I don't have to live in the USA or look to Hollywood. :-)
