OK, do you care to comment about long guns being phallic symbols? Freud postulated penis envy. I suspect the loss of the rights under the second is thought of as https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Castration_anxiety#Metaphorical which may well be the best fit to the subject. |

Super strict gun control works 100% of the time ...Sadly murder/suicides on rural properties here (mostly remote ones) have been on going problem that no one seems to have an answer for and most rural properties here do have rifles and/or shotguns, but at least these incidents are contained to those properties and some arn't discovered for days or in some cases weeks. :-( But the NRA over there would have you believe that it happens more often than it actual does. |

Super strict gun control works 100% of the time ... Yeah, seems to be nearer 100% though doesn't it? Since this hasn't happened in Australia for 22 years, yet seems to happen in the US every 2.2 days...

Hmm. If you want to protect yourself against shooters then I dont think their clothing is appropriate. Where are the bullet proof vests and kevlar helmets? And where are the ammos? You need a lot of them to operate the guns they have. |
