Try some hot milk with honey, works miracles on me. You might want to add some rum with that as to get that extra melatonine boost.

I don't have to worry about internet crowding here. There is about a "Baker's Dozen" ways here at the house to get on the internet.

No turkey leg or turkey here. Sleep, once pain enters the picture, is impossible to do here.

Same here with the constant pain in the neck. I use tiger or horse balm on it in the evening, helps a bit but it doesn't take away the pain completely.

My weight and My back being stiff from OA causes pain when I lay on My bed, at first the pain is brief and fades away, later the pain comes back beyond My tolerance level and I have to get up, this is true even if I try and sleep on My sides, so later as usual I will get some sleep on My sofa/recliner with a quilt over My legs since I'm closer to the a/c there.

I don't have OA, but I do have the same problem with lying down. That's why I've been sleeping in a recliner for years. I'm surprised I slept as well as I did in all those motels when I went on vacation in July.

Right now my greatest pain is in my feet, mainly the right arch, heel, and achilles tendon.

I haven't taken anything stronger than prescription strength ibuprofen in three years. I found out the good stuff plugs me up, bad.

Generic Tylenol(General Pain) and Nsaid pills(for My OA), that's all I ever take, sometimes together(like Thorsday on 9/24/15) and sometimes separately.

I find magnesium salicylate to be helpful...not one of the more common NSAIDS.

My right knee is getting to the point that I need to get something done. It hurts constantly even wakes me up when im sleeping. I cant find a spot anymore where it dosent hurt.
Cortisone is useless now. But there is another option that my Dr. said might work before I have the knee repalcement. Its a 4 week injection. supposed to replace something. All I know is im sick of limping and the constant pain in that knee.
