Darth... Glenn, Glenn, Glenn ... . Do you recall what kind of work I do? If so, would you be surprised that among my department there is one socialist amongst many coservatives, including one I am pretty sure has gone to Tea Party meetings? Capitalize on this good fortune, one word can bring you round ... changes. |

Drumpf: 58 year old Latino man ambushed, Boston Globe says, "The homeless man way lying on the ground, shaking, when police arrived. His face was soaked, apparently with urine, his nose broken, his chest and arms battered." The man said he was awakened when the two men started urinating on his head. Witnesses said the two brothers, who were arrested, pummeled him with their fists and a metal pole before walking away laughing. One of the attackers told police he was inspired by Trump. "Donald Trump was right, all these illegals need to be deported," he said. Remember Drumpf calls Latino immigrants "rapists, drug dealers and killers" When asked about this crime he said his constituents are "very passionate. They love this country and they want this country to be great again." Translation: I'm so proud of these guys. They are out there working to make America white again. Yes, make America white. Remember his love for David Duke's endorsement, if only for a day. And you want this man to be President? Supporting him has the same morals as supporting someone who views child pornography. |

How else would you interpret Drumpf's comments in response to the attack described by Gary (you can read more here if you're so inclined)? The allegations ignited widespread condemnation Wednesday. "ashamed", "sickening", "disgrace" and "passionate", is one of these descriptions at odds with the others? I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that ... |

If he said what was reported, he is saying it is OK to beat up down and outs if they are not American. As a moderator I see only a lot of name calling. I realise this is an emotive subject but please can we try and keep poster personalties out of this. Difficult I realise but worth trying. |

https://youtu.be/jLEIEm7WBLc At least there's 1 young sane fellow over there can see straight through the Donald's smoke screens, it's just a damn shame that a lot of older people who should know better and should have much better sense just can't. ;-) If Trump does become the prez, then the U.S. of A. will just becomes another failed U.S.S.R. in the end for real with very few allies (if any) and that will be the end of just another country born out of conflict following a constitution that was also born out of conflict which in the end just breeds conflict. Even if the Donald doesn't win, the U.S. of A. will still need to change its ways if it still wants to be considered relevant to this world. The world will be very well off without such countries with that type of in bred attitude. Maybe that young fellow should be your next prez, at least he shows that he has some brains as well as common sense. Cheers. |

How time flies, it's been over two weeks since I've said this, "more 'calling fellow posters inferior' nonsense from CLYDE." Plus c'est la même chose. I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that ... |

You have to wonder if the two parties had to have "none of the above" on the list, how well "none of the above" would have done. |

You have to wonder if the two parties had to have "none of the above" on the list, how well "none of the above" would have done. Related: how do y6u decide who gets the delegates if who originally one has since dropped out? Why the heck the U.S. doesn't employ ranked voting, at least at some point, is beyond me. Capitalize on this good fortune, one word can bring you round ... changes. |

You have to wonder if the two parties had to have "none of the above" on the list, how well "none of the above" would have done. There are two types of "dropping out" 1. those who drop out and remove their name from the list 2. those who suspend their active campaign but remain on the list of nominees. for 1.'s they can either vote a. for whoever they wish, b. follow recommendation of their former candidate, c. if a candidate has the 50% + 1, or more, then voting for that nominee is common, to maintain party unity. for 2.'s they should still vote for their candidate. edit] They, of course, could choose to abstain. There are also different State rules for the delegates if it goes to a second or more votes. |

Rules are rules. Vote for person not there up to three times. After that take bribes. Why don't they just skip step 1 and go straight to step 2? If they did then when someone makes a jack**s of themselves late in the cycle, the party won't be stuck with the worst loss in history. |
