G'morning everybody, I see that some were showing of their artistic skills while I was otherwise occupied. :-) I've been making the most of this morning's sunshine and mowed the yard again as we're expecting a few days of heavy rain again (starting later today) as well as catching up on some domestic duties that I was prevented from doing over the last few days. Beer O'clock is due in 1.5hrs, but I still have to do a few things around town yet (drop off a laptop, pay my car rego and get dog food) so I'd better get a move on. ;-) Cheers. |

Hello to all in Beerland. :~) I don't know who's running either Gordon and I just got back from the pub. ;-) I am sure that I'm beer'd out now, so it's time for Rum O'clock. :-D Cheers. |

Hello to all in Beerland. :~) It's been a long time since I've had a rum n' coke. Never drank them when out; it was mainly an at home thing. Either way, if I had a pub closeby like you do, I'd be in there at least enough for a couple Guinness once or twice a week. :~) The mind is a weird and mysterious place |

Once or twice a week (sometimes 3) is about all I usually get in on a good week Gordon, but lately I've been so busy (or tied up) it's been hard to get a day a week in this year (unless work finishes down that end of the village). :-( Also the rums I have are only an at home before bed drink here, if I'm out it's just beer only (unless I've been kidnapped). ;-) Tomorrow I've got a beer brew to put down in the morning and then I'll likely spend the rest of the day going through a sh*t load of music that was given to me to expand my jukebox library. Now I'm just hoping for a quiet night without any C.W.'s turning up. Cheers. |

I've got a ton of music I need to put on my little mp3 player so I can listen to it here at work. I plug the player in to the muzak system here. The mind is a weird and mysterious place |

Yeah, I'm going to have to upgrade the sound system in my car to either accept a MP3 player or just take USB sticks (both ways would be best in the end). USB sticks would likely be a better option for me though, due to the amount I have and those systems that would take an external USB hard drive maybe out of my price range (especially in a 20yr old car). ;-) Cheers. |

G'day Wiggo and Gordon (if you're still up). I'm getting ready to run the reaper in my yard(grass is really tall, lots of rain last 3 days). Wiggo I came up with a variation on the Rum & Coke I call a "Hollywood Cuba Libre'", 2 shots of a good rum over crushed ice, fill 3/4 with coke and finish with 2 shots of heavy cream. Tastes like a cream soda with a kick. I'm like both of you re: the 'Derby', no idea who's running but can't wait to watch it. Well TTFN, Beer O'clock in 6 hours CHEERS! [Edit] Wiggo, the reason I posted was to ask if you had checked on IPOD FM transmitters for your car. I have one that plugs into my IPOD and charges while it plays my music over a vacant FM freq. Works great for me I can carry up to 250 Gigs of my favorites. "Sour Grapes make a bitter Whine." <(0)> |

G'morning everyone. I'm just waiting for the rain to arrive here (it's running late), but it's not far away now. DG, after doing the numbers an mp3 player is out and a new CD/radio unit in the car with a few USB sticks is in. ;-) Beer O'clock in 4hrs. Cheers. |

G'day Mike and Zapped, I trust that the beers there are going down well. ;-) At this time of the morning here I'll just have to stick with a coffee. Cheers. |
