The Last Person To Post Wins thread, general rules: 1. Winner of the last thread starts the new one with a post of these rules. 2. Chooses a future event which triggers the winner, e.g. post number, date-time, and records it privately somehow (yellow sticky, etc.) 3. Everyone has fun posting until the target event is reached. 4. When the target is reached, old winner posts declaration of new winner and also PMs them. 5. Shortly after this a Mod will lock the recently won thread. 6. No double posts. Please be advised, any one can put any thing in this box, and if it is the last post, it will win! Thank you Victor:) Have the last three digits of my license plate number in mind.. rOZZ Music Pictures |

Congratz Julie, 786/3=262, which is part of My PO Box number, by coincidence it's also the number for the very first operational Jet Fighter, the Me-262-a1. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

On another note, I've got 5 of 6 screws removed on the PNY LC GTX580, the last screw is that corner one and the head is fully stripped, I don't know if a grabit will work, but then I don't have a functional portable drill either and I don't want to break anything, tried 2 different screwdrivers, both are phillips since that is what the screw was. Nor the money for a grabit and a drill, at least not for several months. I have two problems, maybe 3, I need to get the swamp cooler fixed(I got the motor in), I need to get the a/c unit bought and installed in a window and now the video card, next month I have to pay back a loan and pay $100 in Property taxes. At least the TV signal(not the tv) will solve itself in 72 hours, yes My tv and it's equipment, which includes a router now, are all working ok, of course the router doesn't support ipv6, but I can live with that for as long as TWC can, though if My speed ever goes beyond. 100M, I'd need a Gigabit router... Ports 1 and 4 are occupied, 2 and 3 are reserved for 2 more PCs... I was going to put fresh heatsink compound between the block and the gpu on the GTX580 card, I still have not touched the EVGA GTX580 card to convert it to water yet and this PC is slowing down, that's what My av software reported, it thinks it's caused by software, the slowdown is a hardware problem, but like I've said before, the motherboards power regulators are failing, eventually this won't be a working PC anymore. Hence the need to get the new motherboard up and running quickly. Look like I may have gotten a speed upgrade, somehow, not like I'm objecting mind ya, but I didn't ask for this. I tested this twice, once today and once yesterday and this is a Docsis 2 modem, last I looked TWC's fastest docsis 2 tier was 15/1, not 20/2... I got the cover and heatsink off of the EVGA BlackOps GTX580 card with not too many problems. Eeek! A NAKED gpu!!! ;) And I've already dusted the heatsink too, though the gpu still has the old compound on it, if the heatsink compound on the PNY is like this and it might be, then I'll just put the screws back in and worry about that 1 screw some other day in the future... The responsibility of humans toward their environment is enormous, for in the exercising of their free will they affect the future of an entire evolutionary chain, the one composed of all forms of life on our planet, or something..
