Roger McGuinn had a penchant for NOLA, here's two versions of the same great song.

The 1st by Roger and The Byrds, the second by Tom Petty and his original group Mudcrutch.

Roy Orbison died before the music video of this song was made, so in memory of him, when his verse comes on they show a picture of him on the train and his guitar on a rocking chair.

Thanks, man. Dude.

I was going to post that thingy in response to something I can't remember now.
But it was relevant at the time, I assure you.

This song also sadly reminds me of another that we lost long ago....car crash, as I recall, and that is the connection .

I don't stand 6 foot four, about 5 foot nine.

But I got snot as strong as Leroy Brown, LOL.

And at the end of the bar stood Lori, and damn, that gurl looked nice.
As the story goes, and this is a true one.
Lori's ex was an abuser of anything he could get his hands on, and I finally took hinm down. He passed a couple of years ago, and no tears were shed, other than his mother's.

I hope it does not come to blows here. I have too much time invested and far too many that I once considered as friends that have abandoned me in my search for my truth.

Meow.

Any other songs that don't suit ya, Kid?
I got a million.
And youtube has a trillion more than I can even link to by the hour.

I would appreciate it much if your would reckognize my past and furthermore embrace it.

I was born with the blues, and No matter what I do...

It seems I have somebody that wishes to challenge me for the kibble bowl.

Just a few more of those challenges, and I am going to leave.

1967 British Blues.....the Aynsley Dunbar Retaliation, "Warning" (later covered by OZZIE and Black Sabbath).

Aynsley is better known perhaps for his time at the drums in 'The Mothers of Invention' with Zappa.

Oh, Mark.

Please do not pretend to be something, will you.

7:50 PM here right now. I think my four bottles of beer are starting to get cold now.

Therefore I will get one next and be out of here at the same time.

See you tomorrow.

He has more on his CV.
Aynsley Thomas Dunbar (born 10 January 1946) is an English drummer. He has worked with some of the top names in rock, including Nils Lofgren, Eric Burdon, John Mayall, Frank Zappa, Ian Hunter, Lou Reed, Jefferson Starship, Jeff Beck, David Bowie, Whitesnake, Sammy Hagar, Michael Schenker, UFO, Flo & Eddie, Leslie West and Journey

Aynsley Dunbar - Magic Fingers (The Mothers of Invention)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JK3BRpCRiA4
The rock drumming GIANT turned down both Jimmy Page's offer to form Led Zeppelin and Robert Fripp's to start King Crimson from out of the ashes of Giles, Giles & Fripp; quit the original Jeff Beck Group lineup over Jeff's notorious career-casualness (Dunbar wanted to play nightly, not monthly); lost Hendrix's coin flip to Mitch Mitchell to be the Experience drummer (shame on you, Jimi) before being aggressively courted by Frank Zappa to play the most complex arrangements in rock. Later going on to drum monster David Bowie hits "Rebel Rebel" and "1984," Journey's "Lights" and "Wheel In The Sky," Jefferson Starship's "Jane," and Whitesnake's "Here I Go Again," among many, many others, his studio credits are enough for ten healthy men. Never one to substitute sensitivity toward and understanding of the composition and being in the musical moment for mere rudiments-mastery, he builds every number thru tension and dynamics--the fruits of all the woodshedding saved for when it'll count the most...musically!

Sidenote: Nils Lofgren was playing with Bruce Springsteen.
His real name is Nils Löfgren:)

And a lot of name dropping...
