afternoon, 70% chance, tonight.

Weather to be no problem, tomorrow; I'll be snug, inside, at my

Wow, looks like the winter cold is now long gone...
We have to go outside every spring to pick up all
the dead birds that the winter has left lying on
the ground.
Yes, in the winter it gets so cold that the birds
run low on food that they end up freeing high up in
the sky, but they don't hit the ground until it gets
warm enough to thaw them out. If a person
waits too long to pick up the rotting birds on the ground
the whole town starts to smell very bad indeed.
I just love it when it warms up!

51°F/11°C, overcast. We could, actually, use some rain. According to
the weatherman, our (now melted) snow had low moisture content.

Well, the nearby marshlands, though populated with Red-winged Blackbirds,
could use about another foot of water, to keep them happy.

Been up to the 60s this week, lows in the 30s. Only mid-50s today, but 70s for the weekend. Might be some rain when I'm running the streetcar on Sunday. If there's lightning, I'm supposed to lower the pole and wait it out.

It's been so dry I lost my cherry tree and one grape vine, what are you going to do but make fire wood out of it in the fall.

Was 91ºF here today.
Cheers everybody
