I still can't get any 12,000 btu window a/c yet, even when they're energy star rated @ 11.3 eer..

Of course I can't get the stupid heater to power up, I raise the thermostat and above 74F, nothing happens, below that, I hear a click, I should I'd think hear a click above a certain temp, like around 80F, it's possibly the PC fooling the heaters thermostat..
