This cold weather is pissing me off as my water pipe is still not buried completely and I keep losing my water pressure. I would keep a low flow out the tap to make sure it would (not) freeze. That is what I do, I just have a trickle out of a bathroom faucet to prevent some of My pipes from freezing, a faucet at the farthest point from where the water enters My piping.
