43°F/6°C and Overcast here this morning, warmer than last night, still snow showers are predicted for areas above 2500' in elevation, of course the elevation here is 1926', so no snow, maybe rain... The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

My electric bill was less than it was last year, in Dec 2013 it was $103.32, this month $88.96 or $14.36 less, I've been slowly installing new outlet/light switch plate gaskets that stick to the outlet box and to the outlet/light switch, plus I did a lot of caulking here. I only have 4 more gaskets to go, 2 are behind a heavy bookcase(there are two bookcases), 1 is behind the aquarium and the last is behind this desk, the last has to wait until I get a super tower case to enable Me to fix this PC with a larger motherboard and that requires a new larger case, since the current motherboard takes 5 to 6 minutes to restart after being powered off and I'm not sure if the motherboard can do that again. My current motherboards power regulators are failing. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

I'm sure it will help in a long run, Here I don't turn my heat but I don't have to pay for the electric either. about the only thing I pay for is gas which is about $5 a month, phone and cable Which is like a home morgage at this rate. I've even replaced 4 windows, I've got 3 more custom vinyl windows to do, this place used to have a lot of dust come in when it was windy out, now not so much. But then I live in a fixer and I've been working on the place since early 2007. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |
