SAVE THE ALES!!

Whew!........2 hours of running the snow blower at -5 degrees F makes me want a hot buttered RUM. Mmmmmm.

Ain't any better in his restaurants.......a friend's son was the Sous Chef at the Wolfgang Puck in Denver. I was ordering a Chef Salad while talking to him and commented that $17 seemed a lot for a Pucking salad, he said it was because it was "a Pucking good salad"............NOT!

I can't shovel anymore, l5 to l7 disks are shot in my back and I refuse to have the surgery. Another good friend, Niki, lives in Leadville, beautiful old Victorian mining town. Her ex-husband is the Chief of Police in Vail, Colorado and she is a Sergent. They are ALL going nuts with the security arrangements for the Skiing championships next month.

Homeland Security telling them how to do the job they've been doing for years........bureaucracy never changes.

Grant, I don't drink Coors at all, gives me a BLAZING headache..... I will drink two of their Craft Brewed products, Batch 19 and Winterfest are quite good. I try to avoid ALL mass brewed Beers by the Giants(InBev, Miller-Coors-Molson, etc.) and patronize the local small craft brewers.

There is a great Microbrewery 2 blocks from the huge Coors facility called Golden City Brewery, they proudly call themselves the 2nd largest brewery in Golden Colorado.

SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL MICROBREWERY!

:D;G

There's a pub nearby that does its own beers, a littler higher in price, and percent, and the tanks whipping up the next batch are at the back of the bar.

'Tis a very nice lager as well :) Cheers :)

There's a Wolfgang Express downtown here, but I've never been there. He seems kind of washed up nowadays, like Emeril. If they're doing QVC rounds and infomercials, you know something has gone downhill.
