Good Morning Julie! Press on to Beer O'clock.

This is some what related to Beer depending on how your digestion works....

NASA Science News for Dec. 16, 2014

NASA's Mars Curiosity rover has measured a tenfold spike in methane, an organic chemical, in the atmosphere around it and detected other organic molecules in a rock-powder sample collected by the robotic laboratory’s drill.

Petrified Martian Cow Farts??

VERY interesting DG :) Thanks for letting us know! Best we stay upwind I reckon :)

re politics - y-e-e-e-s... it's sunk to definite "ow my head" level recently. There are some threads that should NEVER be read in their entirety in one sitting. I did that... one of my worst ideas ever...

Late afternoon/ early evening everyone! :) (my time that is) Good to see you posting again Grant :)

Still waiting for the mail to show, (in about 2 more hours) and get the show on the road here. :)

In the last 3 days I couldn't sleep but just a few hours but last night I crashed big time. :D

On my first cup of coffee to but the flames out. :))
Cheers everybody

Awwwwwwwww :) Johnny Cash :) Thanks Julie!

I'm sticking to coffee tonight Grant. Had too much wine last night - it's my daughter's fault - splashing out so sweetly on a treat for me :)

Good weather to stay in for a long beer O'clock. :))

By the time that moisture reached Denver, it was just a flake or two. Most went north and east which needed the wet more. Now the 'Great American Desert' needs more moisture to fill the Rockies with snowpack so the rivers run all next year.

It certainly is here DG.

I was just about to reset another PC this morning, but after just hearing thunder in the distance and checking the local radars I'm going to hold off on that job for a while (I don't need any power problems here while that's happening).

Cheers.

We haven't had much snow pack until the big storm last week but now it's building up some. They check the snow pack around March 1st here I think to see if they need to let any water out at the dams. I don't think that's an issue at all this year. :))

I'm a bit pissed off my new fan didn't show today again, well it's Christmas time and mail is slower too. :( But for some reason we don't get lightening here and if we do it's rare in my area.

I'm just surprised about the number of fans that you've gone through Grant, but you are lucky with the lightening as strikes here happen very regularly.

90mins until LLB and 60mins for the cricket.

Cheers.

With running a 4 core CPU it runs a bit warm and I think it needs a better cooling system on it.

Rain is moving in here too shortly and beer O'clock will start shortly also. :)

If you're using the stock AMD HSF on it Grant, then yes I'd recommend a better cooling solution as stock HSF's don't work very well at all under heavy loads.

Even though it's still overcast here nothing is showing on the radars ATM so I'm doing that factory restore on that PC now (it's going much faster than the laptop I did yesterday so far).

Cheers.

Edward Scissorhands the ballet
? Really? Very intriguing.

I'm also very intrigued about the latest methane news on Mars. I wonder what's going on up there?
