:)))))) Don't be. It's a salutary reminder to me to be wary of straws... I don't usually drink from them so when I'm out and I'm faced with one I sometimes forget and find I've inserted it up my nose... everyone else goes to sit at a different table to me after that... :/

I never have peels or anything similar in my drinks. ;-)

ATM my rums have been mixed with weakly made up fruit cup crush cordial, I call them "Bermuda Triangles" for a very good reason.

It's still 28C here @ 8pm Annie so I'll have another Bermuda Triangle and if I don't get lost it may have cooled down some more to even bother checking those cupboards out.

Cheers.

No fru fru drinks for you, eh, Wiggo? :~)

I bet you're a lot of fun at parties, Annie. :~)

I don't even like ice in my drinks Gordon. :-O

Well I got to the brewroom to make that drink and seen all the empty bottles there so I rinsed them all out and put them away.

And then I could see all the used beer glasses, so I washed them in boiling water and burnt the ends of my fingers (now I can't put my Bermuda Triangle as it feels so good on my finger tips). :-(

Yes I bet Annie would be the center of attention at any party (or other gathering) too. :-D

Oh well, back to pondering what I might find in my cupboards when/if I get around to having a look in them. ;-)

1 can tell that this might be another bad night to get a decent night's sleep.

Cheers.

G'evening Julie, I sure hope I will, but it'll have to cool down a few more degrees yet before I think about doing it.

Have a good day there.

Cheers.

Middle of the night post... :-(

I keep waking up every few minutes... It's now 3:24 AM - PST

Barkeep, three double shots of Jager, please. That should put me to sleep for the night. :-)

Ooh... beer! Cheers all! :)

Shame the way we have to rely on everything hanging off our spines the way we do :/ *pause following re-reading* erm... articulate around them...? *move on hastily after giving up on that thought* For something that only takes us a few seconds to trash, it doesn't half take a long time for it to forgive us *glare at back* *spend rest of night looking like understudy for exhorcist* [edit: KNEW I'd spelled that wrong]

Hope it eases off soon Grant. Glad you enjoyed a beer though! :)

I hope that that rain hurries up and gets here as with officially 90mins to go until Beer O'clock time, it's already 26C here and the forecast is for only 27C (well that'll be busted, again), or will Beer O'clock be 30mins early again today as well?

Well the pubs are now open here and I bet that they have their usual customers there that knocked them over as the doors were unlocked.

Cheers.

What time do yours open? For most, it's 2 over here.

Annie, I am fine. :~) Pleasantly chilly here. I tend to like it cold, as long it's not windy and wet.
