Aaaaaaaaaaaaah... yes please! :)

Icecream it is! Well done :)

@Julie - only way I know is to rejumble the jumble and try to find smaller words or letter strings (eg: ion or th or ph etc) and then see what you can do with the left over letters... but it's no guarantee you won't go insane while you're doing it :)

I just kind of randomly rearrange the letters into phonetically viable syllables, then see if any of them make sense. In this case, I said "creamice" to myself several times, but I didn't get it until after typing it out.

Anyway, here's your new word:

cmmnhiegoo

(When I'm coming up with a new one to post, I type out the real word, then retype it jumbled to make sure I have the same number of letters. It's the only way I can be reasonably sure I used all the letters in the jumble. Then I delete the real word.)

Cheated?

You really don't believe that there aren't websites where you can just enter the jumble and out pops the word.

I have done it for all the words so far but obviously haven't posted.

I know there are. I used one a while back to settle a dispute in this thread.

So what do we do now? Give it to Lynn?

Okay, I guess it's Lynn's turn, unless Gordon has anything to say as thread founder.

Fine with me. I actually never knew about the way to cheat on this until after I started the thread. My original idea was to stimulate our old brains and keep the thread moving along at a fairly fast pace with words that weren't too long and hard.

Lynn's turn... :~)

I have a medical test tomorrow, and can't play.

Gordon, you please give it a go :) Thanks, Lynn

They're much easier to spot when they have unusual letters, in this case 'x'.
Zs are good too.

Extra-terrestial.

I'm particularly good with 9-letter words, but that's what years (actually over two decades) of watching Countdown does to you.
