But the Boeiing 777 is a big ass plane alright! Hard to believe our high tech devices can't find it... Very strange... They had pingers that are supposed to float and go off if the plane makes a water landing. Exact same model with the exact same markings with the same number of passengers. OK it could happen.

Exact same model with the exact same markings with the same number of passengers. OK it could happen. A timer that release the boxes automatically about let say 20 hours after takeoff? Maybe I can make a lot of Money from this idea:) DPR are also looting the MH17 sight:( I noticed that I did not see a single wallet with money, or a mobile phone or a camera. Everything has mysteriously disappeared, says freelance journalist Philip Warwick to the Sydney Morning Herald. Something stinks here! Literally. |

In the news this morning I see Ms Bishop criticising the removal of bodies from the crash site. Apparently they should have been left in the fields until access can be negotiated for an as yet undetermined international independent investigation. Sounds like mixed messages to me. The rebel leader has said that the instruction from OSCE was to leave the bodies unmoved. OSCE of course has denied that claim. Kolch - Crunching for the BOINC@Australia team since July 2004. At the end of the day, nothing much will come of this, so the best thing all round is to get the bodies home so that their families can pay their last respects & move on. The worker bees never were thought much of by the Queen! |

Trying to make out she's Little miss tuff tites as Pauline Hanson once said .I bet she is loving it thinking she is Queen bee of the security council . Please allow me to provide another article in which experts describe the delays in dealing with the crash site and associated follow up as par for the course in a war zone where disorganisation and chaos reign supreme. Before you go around calling your fellow posters "psychotic" perhaps you'd provide some evidence for your assertions. At risk of being called a "supporter of Putin's murdering puppets" I'll post an extract from a US intelligence press release as reported in the Guardian. "US intelligence supports theory of rebel 'mistake' A press conference was held this afternoon by the US office of the director of national intelligence (ODNI), at which select reporters were briefed on US intelligence with regard to MH17, the SA-11 missile system suspected, and rebels’ and Russians’ alleged participation. Details are expected soon, but a report from the AP has come out saying that “senior US intelligence officials say they have no evidence of direct Russian government involvement†in the downing of MH17. They say the passenger jet was likely felled by an SA-11 surface-to-air missile fired by Russian-backed separatists in eastern Ukraine and that Russia “created the conditions†for the downing by arming the separatists. They said they didn’t know if any Russians were present at the missile launch, and they wouldn’t say that the missile crew was trained in Russia. The briefing underlined the theory espoused by most of a senior official at the briefing, and by most analysts since plane first crashed: rebels “most likely shot down the plane by mistakeâ€."
