I slept a little on the light side, if truth be told *sigh* Wonder if someone will ever find a way of stretching the time between 4am and 7am to about 8 hours in length? Obviously shift workers should be allowed to opt out and/or have different arrangements of course... :)

Just curious; don't you have generic Ambien that your doctor can prescribe? (Ziprasidone) Most insurance companies over here pay out for this with just a small co-pay to you... I know that your health system is different, though. I'm not sure how your health services handle prescriptions.
