"Toad in a hole" Isn't that kind of like pig in a blanket? The mind is a weird and mysterious place |

Never been there. But I understand it is like going to the oldstyle games Midieval style while eating out. You apparently don't get a menu to choose what you want for dinner, which is ok, but I imagine it's rather pedestrian fare. Sounds like a kitschy good time, actually. ;~} The mind is a weird and mysterious place |

"Toad in a hole" Yeah, a toad in the hole looks a little more involved than a pig in a blanket. The mind is a weird and mysterious place |

Off with the head of anyone who complains. On the other hand, the people coming to dinner were most likely receiving better food than they could provide for themselves. |

I love carrot cake. I also have no problem permitting myself to eat it because, even though it's "cake," it has vegetables in it. ~Sue~ |

Must try that sometime Bernie. I am glad to see at least two plates. Pluto will always be a planet to me. Seti Ambassador Not to late to order an Anni Shirt |

I love carrot cake! I really need to start baking this stuff instead of buying it from the store. Cookies are as far as I've ventured into home baking. The mind is a weird and mysterious place |

I've baked cookies and cakes, made meatloaf, soups, cooked a turkey and baked stuffing, etc, etc, etc... My Mom was a fantastic teacher, but that's how I got a merit badge for cooking in the boy scouts back in 1972, that was a piece of cake and I was only 12 years old then... Does pineapple make a good pie? Anyone have a recipe for it? Okay, I got a Duncan Hines. It is indeed a single bag of powder. Unfortunately, when I made it tonight I used too small a pan and it ran over. I keep an old cookie sheet on the bottom of the oven to catch spills, but I need to clean cake bits off the racks. Should have made brownies instead. Maybe tomorrow. No, I used the same pan I use for brownies. Have to get the cake out of it first. Brownies sound good. :~) I have a ton of Christmas candy to plow through, though. Everything from fudge to little miniature foil-wrapped chocolate Santa Clauses. Peppermint ice cream, too. :~) Planning on making chili sometime soon, but my ingredient list is long, and I haven't got it in my head. The mind is a weird and mysterious place |

My list for chili is easy: I don't make it or eat it. David Sitting on my butt while others boldly go, Waiting for a message from a small furry creature from Alpha Centauri. |

My list for chili is easy: I don't make it or eat it. That's mine too, right out of a can, though I could go from scratch, I just don't feel like it. The T1 Trust, PRR T1 Class 4-4-4-4 #5550, 1 of America's First HST's |

My list for chili is easy: I don't make it or eat it. Why not a can of ravioli that you put on a radiator or perhaps a hot computer when you go to work and then enjoy warm enough when you come home? When I did my military service as a conscript we found out some neat ways to cook food and avoid dishing:) |
