Orphaned Puppy and Kitten Are Best Friends
A very special friendship has developed between an unlikely pair in Carrollton (TX).

Chip, a five-week-old chihuahua, and a four-week-old kitten named Adele were dropped off at the Operation Kindness animal shelter on the same day.

Employees put the two together and they formed an instant bond.

Now, the best friends are at the same foster home, where they snuggle, sleep and even eat together.

The shelter will only allow them to be adopted as a pair. But since they're still so young, it'll be three to four weeks before that can happen.

Operation Kindness says anyone interested in adopting Chip and Adele needs to go to animals' Facebook page.

The most simple way to treat a person with hypertension or perhaps depression is to give a pet to that patient.

The most unusual of animal friends...
A 500-POUND lion and a cute miniature sausage dog have completely turned the idea of "fighting like cats and dogs" on its head. Bonedigger, a five-year old male lion, and Milo, a seven-year old Dacshund dog, are so close that Milo nonchalantly licks the massive lion's teeth to clean them. The two have been inseparable over the past five years at G.W Exotic Animal Park in Wynnewood, Oklahoma. Bonedigger and his pack of dogs cuddle, feast on raw meat and play in the grounds together.

Another thing is all the excercise you get for free.

In June 2010, Millan filed for divorce, seeking primary physical custody of their children with visitation for Cesar, as well as spousal support. In May 2010, after his dog Daddy died and his wife filed for divorce, Millan attempted suicide.

But he recovered from his depression and still doing great TV shows:)

I am medically diagnosed as depressive.
My life revolves around my cats, if you did not notice.
I wake up to my kitties, I go to bed with my kitties, and I shall die with my kitties.

I have Grace, My cat, since I can't do a lot of movement, too much activity and I sweat where I shouldn't and cause I have joint problems(from surgery, an accident and time), plus I have no fenced yard and since My income is limited, Grace is purrfect for Me.

Now, some may think that odd or a problem.
It is not for me.

Squirrel kitty passed on a year or so ago, and I am slowly getting over her.
I walk out to her place now and again.
Squirrel and I talk still.

Is that odd? Not for me.
She was with me for all of her 18 years of life. I don't suppose it is odd for me to honor her life by remembering it this far hence. And honoring her so.

BYW, I do truly believe that our little grraminals go the the Rainbow Bridge and wait for us.

Trust me, I DO.

I am sure that my dear Tigger, after 9 months of care, is waiting there to thank me for giving her those many months of extra life with me.

This is why they call me 'kittyman'.

I live with and for my cats. They are wonderful creatures that are all too unnapreciated by many.

When God got though with making US, he then created the cat for to give us something to live for. At least for me, that's what he did.

When I say meow, I mean meow.

Meow for now.

I know the feeling. I have a older Chihauhau. There was two of them together. The first old died of old age several years back. He is buried out back with the others. Five so far. Used the biggest Rubbermaid food storage container I could find. If I was undressing and put a t-shirt on the floor. I would quickly find him curled up in it. So I used one for his shroud.
My other Chihuahua is growing old too. She thinks she's my shadow. She still has some time left. Kleenex time.

I am a bit undecided about something.

When my dear Squirrel left me, I laid her to rest back in my yard under what will one day be a grand old willow tree.
I visit here there once in a while.

What I am undecided about is the ashes of my dear Tigger kitty.
The are on my mantle here, in a box, and I wish to do right by her.

Do you think I should bury her remains alongside Squirrel so she can be with her sister?
It seems she might be lonely just on the mantle by herself, no matter how special I deem the position.

What do you think?

Thank you, dear Janneseti.

I think now in the spring that the right thing to do would be to take Tigger's ashes to the back and inter them by Squirrel's side.

I believe now that is the right thing to do.
They are step sisters, and should not be any longer separated.

There could be some tears involved as I do so.
