Message 1537562 - Posted: 7 Jul 2014, 22:03:00 UTC - in response to Message 1537535.

Currently 96F, dew point 31F, RH 10%, heat index: unknown, as it's not listed.

With the RH that low, the heat index is probably the same as the temp.

Meanwhile the temp is now 106F and the RH is now 9%. All that work I did is paying off, most places here leak like an old worn out pipe, this place leaks a lot less. And the park is ripping out all the empty old single wides, to be replaced with newer double wides that can command more rent.

This morning has been our coldest yet for this year, -8C/17F (-12C/10F w/ wc), and the coldest region in Aussieland again for the 3rd time.

You'll all have to forgive me while I chill out. ;-)

Cheers.

Yeah, that's a bit on the chilly side.

Weather systems seem to be realy short term compared to the past. It seems we get swings that last days, instead of weeks. That ok by me though, I hate high temps and high humidity.

It's just after midnight here and the temp is already down to -6C/21F (-11C/12F w/ wc) so I think that I'll head off to bed.

Cheers.

Stopped raining here in time for me to go out for a brisk 8.5km walk.

We have a carbon copy of yesterday morning here, -8C/17F (-12C/10F w/ wc), but it was warming up quicker than yesterday until the cold gale came back turning 8C/46F suddenly into 2C/35F. :-(

Cheers.

We've just been informed by the weather bureau that we may have snow here by the weekend. :-O

The wind outside is certainly coming off the stuff further to the south.

Cheers.

There's not been enough whale poo to make up for the pigs breakfast we've made of things Julie... :/ I think that's the gist of something I read in the politics thread this morning... anyway - do hope it improves for you soon! :)

A much warmer start to the day here, which is very surprising, 1C/32F (-4C/25F w/ wc) and no frost.

Cheers.

Snow has been reported 65km/40miles south of here.

6C/43F outside though the windchill has that down to -4C/25F.

It really hasn't been a good day out there.

Cheers.

Yesterday they said today would be 77 or 78. Today they say it will be 81. Hope I can keep the AC off for another day.
