That is what I want to know. How did he find out the pictures were stolen? I couldn't and want to learn. BTW all the models are in one photographers portfolio. I'm just trying to learn but not by PM, that way we all can learn.

The pictures are not "stolen" they belong to aka_sam under another identity, he is a professional photographer and almost certainly paid the models for their time meaning he owns the copyright to the pictures and can do whatever he likes with them.

The picture I posted came from a post "kenzie" made on the 9th Jan 2013

The link went to a photobucket picture.

It is still there at the moment though for how long I could not guess.

BTW it isn't aka_sam it is a fat guy dwilson1959's pictures. All you defenders, would you want him photographing your 16 year old daughter?

My new concern, Bernie--with respect--is your reposting of these pics. You do not know for fact these were approved for public release.

I appreciate your persistence on this and still wish to read the report but your postings of pics if not approved by the models/photogs could put some risk on the Seti forums.

This is starting to get creepy.

I will start working on Friday to contact the models and/or agents to verify approval of public release of these pics.

Why all the detective work and indignation? It has happened. Therefore the how's & why's are immaterial.

It just shows what can occur with multiple accounts, so much that it has got to the stage that one does not know who is who and also can cause further distrust. I'll give you an example: -

Not only does it show distrust of the forums, but the project itself in allowing this to occur.

Anyone who looked at the avatar on Allie's first post realised it was the Kenzie account. And anyone who had Kenzie as a friend could have notice the name change, as Sirius said, in light of the "death notice" no on thought it strange.

This is infuriating especially because I have based my Relay for Life fundraising on honoring the memory of "KenzieB". People have also donated money in "her" honor.

That money was donated to the American Cancer Society-I can't return the donations

I think all accounts related to this situation should be shut down/banned and an exception to the multiple account rule be made here.

I also think the models should be made aware of the improper use of their images. I would be willing to reach out to them personally.

This is a disgusting betrayal of trust and action should be taken.

Btw, any money given directly to Kenzie (no matter what she allegedly did with it) under false pretenses I believe is wire fraud, a felony. Since this was done over the internet and state lines this would be under the jurisdiction of the federal government (DOJ). If any victim wishes to press charges feel free to contact your local FBI office. That money is easily traced.

I can find no evidence that any money was ever given to "Kenzie", quite the reverse all offers of monetary help have always been refused.

Most people with multiple acoounts over here are accepted because we 'know' those people, by that I mean we know they're one and the same person as in we 'know' it's them (imo, could be wrong though...)
